Job advertisement: Branch Manager Al-Taawon Company announces the availability of a vacancy for the position of Branch Manager within the Operations Department, to lead one of our branches, ensure the smooth running of daily operations, provide distinguished service to customers, and achieve sales goals. ⸻ Main tasks: • Supervising the daily operations of the store and ensuring compliance with company policies. • Managing, training and motivating store staff to achieve performance standards and quality of customer service. • Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring the availability of goods, and coordinating regarding re-supply. • Achieving sales goals and improving store performance through effective planning and implementation. • Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Managing visual display standards, cleanliness, and store layout. • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales, inventory and employee performance. • Implementing loss reduction strategies and ensuring store safety and security. • Coordinating with human resources, finance, and supply chain departments when needed. • Participating in attracting new store employees and conducting performance evaluations. ⸻ Job requirements: • Preferably, the applicant holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related major. • 4 to 6 years of practical experience in the retail sector, including two years in a hypermarket environment. • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage the team and achieve sales performance. • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. • Good understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and display methods. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and point of sale (POS) systems. • Flexibility to work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays when needed. ⸻ How to apply: Those wishing to apply, please send the CV to the email: hr@taawon.iq #All_Iraq_Jobs
