Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field, previous experience in recruitment, employee records management, attendance and leave tracking, and HR procedures, good skills in using Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of Odoo HR modules, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow up and complete tasks on time, and the ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
