SVC is hiring an IT Specialist in Baghdad, Al Mansour. The IT Specialist will assist employees with technical issues, manage hardware and software, maintain systems, servers, networks, and user access. The role includes supporting and troubleshooting the company’s ERP system. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and printer issues, installing and updating operating systems and software, performing regular maintenance on employee devices, configuring and preparing devices for new employees, supporting and troubleshooting the ERP system for end users, managing and maintaining servers and active directory, creating and managing user accounts and permissions, monitoring and maintaining network devices, performing data backup and ensuring IT security, monitoring system performance and applying updates, and monitoring ERP system performance and resolving technical issues. Job requirements include a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, experience in technical support or system administration, experience with ERP systems, strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and solid knowledge of Windows systems and networking.
